Welcome to our latest quarterly update! Trusted Seed has made significant strides across various initiatives in Q3. Here are some key highlights 👇
Mentorship Program: Tailored Connections for Transformative Learning
We’re excited to share that the Trusted Seed Mentorship Program kicked off in September, successfully matching mentors and mentees based on their skills, needs, and goals.
Now in full swing, mentors and mentees engage in personalized weekly one-on-one sessions. These sessions are tailored to each pair’s unique objectives, covering topics from token engineering to climate solutions.
The mentorship program was launched in response to a community survey earlier this year, where the majority signaled a strong interest in mentorship opportunities within our network. Thanks to over $3k raised in Gitcoin Grants Round 21, we continue to foster meaningful connections and create impactful learning opportunities.
We’re also welcoming those interested in hosting one-time sessions or workshops on navigating the intersection of token engineering and climate solutions using Celo tools. If you have ideas or want to get involved, please reach out to Yineisy!
The mentorship program wraps up on November 6th!
Introducing OP GovGraph: Visualizing Governance Ecosystems
Ever wondered how power players in governance interact?
Meet OP GovGraph—an innovative tool designed to visualize and analyze the relationships within governance ecosystems, starting with the Optimism ecosystem. This first iteration of GovGraph brings transparency by mapping connections between power users like Delegates, Developers, and Citizens.
With its interactive graph, users can identify alliances, potential conflicts of interest, voting patterns, and even potential sybil attacks. Built in collaboration with General Magic, this tool aims to enhance understanding and engagement in governance networks.

Membership Update: Pausing Individual Applications
As part of refining our goals and processes, we have paused individual membership applications. After consulting with the Association board, we are transitioning to focus on building an alliance of regenerative organizations, bringing together networks working on local and global environmental, social, and economic initiatives with the support of web3 tools.
While we are no longer accepting new individual memberships, existing members will retain their status. Stay tuned for updates on the new membership structure and how regenerative organizations can get involved.
Watch the board sessions for more details.
