Diving into the heart of our community, we launched the Trusted Seed 2024 Program Survey with a twofold mission: to deepen our understanding of the individuals who make up our network and to stay in tune with their evolving needs, interests, and challenges. It's like taking a snapshot of a dynamic, ever-changing family portrait, capturing the essence of who we are and what drives us.
To nurture our thriving ecosystem of thinkers, creators, and innovators linked by a common interest in web3 and regenerative cultures and to truly provide the support it needs to flourish, we must know it inside out. This survey is our way of listening, keeping our fingers on the pulse of our community, ensuring we move forward in harmony with the very people who are the lifeblood of Trusted Seed.
We received responses from a diverse group of individuals, totalling 25 participants. This group was a blend of official members of the association and individuals who have engaged with our previous programs. Among these respondents, approximately 28% hold leadership and strategic roles, indicating a community actively engaged in shaping the future of the regenerative and web3 spaces.
As we unpack the survey findings, let's delve into the key areas of geographical distribution, skills/expertise, interests in initiatives, sought-after rewards and benefits, and the perceived value of Trusted Seed.
Geographical Landscape
Drawing from the responses to our survey, we've uncovered a rich geographic diversity within the Trusted Seed community, although it's important to note that we captured the locations of only a small fraction of our members due to the limited number of survey respondents. While the precise global distribution remains to be fully charted, the initial findings suggest a diverse and international community.
