The Trusted Seed Mentorship Program is a dynamic platform designed to foster one-on-one mentorships, promoting a collaborative learning environment. Through this initiative, mentors help mentees develop specific skills and knowledge, contributing to the advancement of regenerative economies and impactful DAO governance.
Our mentorship program uniquely combines the expertise of token engineers and climate activists within the innovative framework of the Celo blockchain, ensuring that participants not only enhance climate action initiatives through token engineering principles but also learn how Celo’s decentralized governance capabilities can provide the necessary technological support for effective implementation.

The core of our program is a personalized matchmaking process that pairs you with the perfect mentor or mentee based on your shared expertise, interests, and goals.

- Mentorship Period: The pilot cohort spans 6 weeks with weekly meetings facilitated by a Trusted Seed Gardener, after which mentorships may continue independently.

How It Works:
- Apply: Submit your application to be considered for the program. Before applying, please carefully review our Mentorship Guidelines. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these guidelines. Mentorship Guidelines
- Matchmaking: Our Gardeners will review all applications to match you with the perfect mentor / mentee and project aligned with your goals. We'll be in touch with you via email with more information about your tailored match. We'll also invite you to join an onboarding call. This will be a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the next steps, and receive guidance on navigating the mentorship pilot program.
- Mentorship: Engage in weekly one-on-one sessions starting in mid September with your mentor/mentee to develop your project.
- Impact: Create a lasting impact by contributing to a more sustainable future.
