- Create/review/propose the list of all the documentation that is currently available for the project.
- Identify any gaps in the documentation.
- Create a plan for filling the gaps in the documentation.
- Assign tasks to people to fill the gaps in the documentation.
- Track the progress of the documentation tasks.
- Celebrate the completion of the documentation tasks. - Praise moment for everyone!
- Help draft or edit a final report that will contain all the activities that will take place during this experience as we did with our last Unconference experience.
