- Match Confirmation: Mentors and mentees will be contacted via email upon successful matching and invited to an Onboarding session.
- Program Kick-off: An onboarding session will be held in September to introduce participants to the program structure, expectations, questions, and resources.
- Communication Platform: Mentors and mentees will have access to the Members Directory on the main hub (the Trusted Seed Charmverse) for contact information and general program updates.
- Meeting Coordination: Mentees are responsible for initiating contact with their mentors to schedule meetings and inviting the assigned Gardener to facilitate the space. Both parties can choose to meet in-person, via video call (Zoom, Meet), or email.
- Gardener Support: Gardeners will provide support primarily through video calls to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between mentors and mentees.
- Meeting Flexibility: While weekly meetings are encouraged, we understand that schedules may change. Mentors and mentees should communicate openly to adjust meeting times as needed and invite the assigned Gardener to facilitate the space.
- Commitment and Attendance: While the program is flexible, mentors and mentees are expected to commit to the agreed-upon meeting schedule and attend sessions regularly. If circumstances require a change in commitment, they should communicate with their partner and the Gardener assigned.
- Mentorship Agreement: To formalize expectations, a shared understanding of roles, and responsibilities, we encourage mentors and mentees to create a flexible and mutual agreement. This document is not legally binding but serves as a framework outlining general expectations, communication preferences, and meeting frequency.
- Conflict Resolution: In the event of any conflicts or challenges that arise during the mentorship, participants should first try to resolve the issue directly with their partner. If needed, they can seek assistance from the assigned Gardener to help mediate and find a suitable solution.
- Program Evaluation: At the conclusion of the program, mentors and mentees will provide feedback through testimonials and a comprehensive project evaluation report assessing outcomes, impact, and alignment with program goals.
- Continued Engagement: After the pilot cohort, mentors and mentees may choose to continue their relationship independently, setting new goals and deliverables.
- Dual Roles: While individuals can hold both mentor and mentee roles within the program, they cannot be paired as mentor and mentee for the same project.
- Confidentiality: Mentors and mentees are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the mentorship program. This includes respecting intellectual property, business ideas, and personal information.
- Feedback and Reflection: Participants are encouraged to provide ongoing feedback to their partners and the program organizers. This will help improve the mentorship experience and ensure the program remains valuable for all involved.
