Monty is a founder and source steward at ReFi DAO, a community supporting a network of regenerative communities and start-ups. He has a master's degree in Management with Innovation - with specialisms in sustainability, economics, digital technologies, and design thinking - and is a public advocate for ReFi & Regeneration, including a TEDx talk titled 'Can Crypto Regenerate the World'.
