The success of our web3 vision is based on two key factors: our ability to organize inside and to connect outside. This is an effort to develop both and build bridges between digital and social movements and cross-pollinate.

Catalonia is a region with a long history of social activism. From the anarchist squats of the early 20th century to the innovative social projects of today, Catalonia has always been a place where people have come together to make a difference.

Trusted Seed’s Catalonia Social Expedition is an ETHBarcelona side event and a 2-part journey through the vibrant social movements of Catalonia. On this expedition, you will have the opportunity to explore the roots of Catalonia's social movements and learn about the people who are working to create a more just and equitable society. You will visit anarchist squats, social centers, and cooperative businesses. You will meet with activists, artists, and entrepreneurs and learn about the challenges and opportunities facing Catalonia today.

This is a unique opportunity to learn about a vibrant and dynamic social scene. It is also a chance to meet like-minded people from all over the world. If you are interested in social justice, social change, or simply want to experience a different side of Catalonia, then this is the expedition for you!

Our Schedule

10:00–14:00 Tour around different coops, autonomous associations, spaces around Sants under “Cooperative Neighbourhood project”. Program includes: La comunal, Casa del Mig, Can Vies, La Lleialtat, Can Batllo, Coopolis.

14:00-16:00 Lunch at coop restaurant
16:00-18:00 Akasha Hub, Carrer de la Verneda, 19, Local 1 Meetup, project showcase and discussion
